Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-15. These terms govern your use of services provided by Baltic AI, SIA (Reg. 40203753136).

Paid training program

The AI Internship is a paid training program, not employment. Completion does not create an employment relationship and the certificate does not guarantee employment.

Fees

• The €25 application fee is non-refundable and is required to enter the review queue.
• Tuition (€699 one-time, or €229/month) is payable only after acceptance.
• The monthly plan is a 4-month commitment (4 billing cycles).
• All prices include VAT where applicable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, share gated content (such as prompt-library text) outside your subscription, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Liability

Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Latvian and EU law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
