Refund & Cancellation Policy

Application fee

The €25 internship application fee is non-refundable, as it covers the cost of reviewing your application.

Tuition

• Full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before the cohort start date.
• After the cohort starts, tuition is generally non-refundable, except where required by EU consumer law.
• The monthly plan is a 4-month commitment; cancelling mid-term does not waive remaining instalments.

Courses

Course purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the content (EU right of withdrawal).

Subscriptions

Prompt-library subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
