Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-15. This policy explains how Baltic AI, SIA (Merķeļa iela 6 - 16, Rīga, LV-1050, Latvia) processes your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers.
• Application data: resume, motivation statement, contact details, links you submit.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe; we store only payment status and identifiers, never card numbers.
• Usage data: pages visited (via privacy-friendly analytics, no advertising cookies).

Purpose & legal basis

• To provide our services (contract).
• To review internship applications (consent + contract).
• To comply with accounting and tax law (legal obligation).

Retention

Resume data for rejected applicants is deleted after 6 months; for accepted participants it is retained for 2 years (configurable). You may request earlier deletion.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, export, and erase your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@baltic-ai.xyz. We respond within 30 days.

Hosting

Data is hosted within the EU (Supabase, EU region). Sub-processors include Stripe (payments) and Resend (email).
